A fine and unusual, miniature reproduction of a traditional wooden jeweller’s pine-wood and brass workbench with 8 accessible removable drawers with brass buttons, made in the late 20th century in L’Auberson, near Sainte-Croix (canton of Vaud).
Comes with 20 miniature jeweller’s tools, incl. oil dispenser/can, anvil, fret saw, magnifying glass (or eyeglass); hammer with wood handle, flat-nose pliers, tweezers, file, burnisher, etc. In very good overall condition.
Dimensions of the bench 29 x 15 cm, height 18 cm. Base 28 x 17.5 cm, height 1.5 cm.
