One of the earliest ZENITH Chronometer, Cal. 135, SN: 3869940, Case No: 8884007, 35mm stainless steel, made circa 1949, aka “first series”. Powered by famous by manual winding gold-plated 13’’’/30mm Zenith movement Cal. 135 with “Cotes de Genève” finish and a bimetallic, split, screwed balance. Very good unpolished condition, everything original, gorgeous patinated dial, clean and practically untouched movement. The crown is unsigned, but most likely original. Accompanied by its original Zenith book-style box.
