Made originally in 1870s as a pocket watch (SN: 51740, Retailed by official Patek Philippe agent H.Müller in Shanghai) was modified in 1930s to a wristwatch. Dial is signed “H.Müller & Co, Shanghai, SOLE AGENTS”, caseback is signed “No. 51740, Patek Philippe & Co, Geneva”. Diameter is 32 mm.
