Fine and rare, brass Angelus “Globe” weather station 8 days going globe-shaped desk clock, Ref. 781, Cal. Angelus SF240 with barometer, hygrometer and thermometer. Made circa 1950.

Case: Gilt-brass stand, brass revolving globe featuring a clock, barometer, hygrometer and thermometer. Dial: Silver with applied Arabic numerals, further brushed silvered dials for the hygrometer, thermometer and barometer. Gilt dauphine hands. Dial signed Angelus, (8), Swiss. Movement: non-alarm, key-winding Angelus SF240, Incastar, SN: 201344, 5.50, 15 jewels, lever escapement, rear winding and hand setting. Case, dial and movement are signed.
