Fine and rare vintage stainless steel 34 mm manual winding Tudor Advisor, Ref. 10050, SN: 979596, alarm wristwatch, made in 1970s. The case is sharp, retains its original case geometry and factory case finishing. Both of the unsigned crowns are original to the piece and remain in sharp condition. The watch come on original Rolex stainless steel bracelet, Ref. 7835/361 with Tudor buckle. Stunning original black dial shows wonderful patina. The tritium lume within the unretouched hands remains intact and show no degradation when viewed under U.V. light. The red alarm hand remains in its original condition and retains its red finish which provides a stunning contrast.
Case: Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back with outer ring, crown at 2h for setting and winding the alarm, winding crown at 4h. Dial: Mat black with applied baton indexes and luminous dots. Luminous steel baton hands, red-arrow hand for the alarm. Movement: Cal. 3475, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 2 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial and movement and case signed, numbered on the caseback. Diam. 34 mm, thickness 11 mm. Approx overall length 195 mm.
