Very fine and rare Patek Philippe, Ref. 3267/6, 18k white gold, diamond-set lady’s wristwatch with 18K white gold integrated bracelet, made in 1960s. Accompanied by original Gubelin (retailer of Patek Philippe) box, no papers.
M. damascened nickel lever movement (cal.13.5 320), 20 jewels, free-sprung gyromax balance, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions; D. Matte silver with applied white gold baton indexes. White gold baton hands; C. Two-body, solid, polished, bezel set with 18 white round diamonds, extended lugs set with 12 round diamonds., dial, movement and bracelet signed. Width 15mm, watch length overall (max) 165 mm;
