Beautiful fine 18K white gold and diamonds Patek Philippe lady’s manual winding wristwatch, Ref. 3319/18 with 18K white gold woven fancy link 18cm integrated bracelet, made circa mid 1960s. Comes with its original Patek Philippe box.
C. two-body, solid, brushed, horizontal rectangular bezel set on the sides with 12 round-cut diamonds (around 1ct total weight), rectangular flat top crystal. D. matte silver with applied white gold indexes and Arabic numerals. “Baton” white gold hands. M. Cal. 13,5-320, rhodium-plated, “fausses cotes” decoration, 20 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 16 x 18 mm. Approx. overall length 180 mm.
