Outstanding stainless steel dress chronograph Omega De Ville Ref. 145.017 in great fully working order. Chronograph was released in 1968, and Omega only produced 10,000 of these pieces – compared to the 300,000 watches with the Caliber 861 – making the Reference 145.017 quite rare indeed.
Omega De Ville Ref. 145.017 is the perfect alternative to the more commonly seen Speedmasters. The simplicity and beauty of the two-register layout and minimal dial elements make this a perfect dress chronograph to slip under a cuff.
It has a compact 35mm stainless steel case with a screw-down caseback. Inside is the manual-winding caliber 860 movement, an evolution of the caliber 320 much like the famous three-register chronograph movement 321 preceded the 861 in vintage Speedmaster. Vintage Omega dark-brown leather strap with original stainless steel buckle. Watch is in overall great condition, running and ready to wear or gift!
