Fine and rare vintage all steel 37 mm automatic Certina “Argonaut” 220m, Ref. 8501-122, diving wristwatch, made late 1960s, a great representation of legendary Argonaut series. Perfect size, unidirectional black bakelite bezel and spectacular black crosshair tritium dial with red accents.
Case: Two-body, massive, solid, polished, black unidirectional bakelite bezel, screw-down case back, plexi crystal. Dial: Black “Crosshair” dial with red cross and red printed Arabic numerals, luminous indices, outer minute track. Luminous steel baton hands. Movement: Cal. Certina 25-651, automatic, rhodium-plated, 27 jewels, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm. .
Runs great and all functions work as expected. Watch is in very good condition 8/10, running and ready to wear or gift!
