Original vintage Swiss made Patek Philippe asymmetrical 18K solid gold pocket watch, model “Ricochet”, Ref. 788/4, made in 1966 and sold 6 April 1966. Official extract from Patek Philippe archive is included. Very fine and rare, asymmetric, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with hammered pattern designed by Gilbert Albert with an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe 30 cm chain.
