Very fine, modern and solid 22cm Erwin Sattler, München “NAUTIS” on-board wall-mounted marine bulkhead clock with regulator dial, powered by Sattler 15-day going manual winding carlibre 1395, made circa 2000s. Just a few highlights I should mention: solid 8.3 kg weight, functional “classic” regulator dial, unique shiny movement with 12 ball bearings, gold plated Swiss escapement with screw balance, impressive panorama glazing, allows a glimpse into the heart of timepiece from the side, 15-days power reserve and constant driving force thanks to the fusee with steel cable. With all this attractive features, this clock is an eye-catching feature in the officer’s mess of the yacht or, of course, in any living room.
C. Four-body, chromed brass and glass, turned screw-down bezel, the backplate with three fi xings for wall mounting with screw-down steel caps, glazed side panel to view the movement. D. Blued steel spade and baton hands. M.
