Appears in Breguet archives under the following description: “Pendule, bois d’amboine, répétition des heures. Vendue à Mme Leclerc le 31 juillet 1923 pour la somme de 1 500 francs.”

Rectangular, veneered with slightly extended base, panels of bois d’amboine veneer, back panel sliding vertically to reveal the movement, gilt brass bezel with a star pattern, gilt button for repeating on the top panel, gilt brass conical bun feet. D. Silvered, champlevé radial Roman numerals, outer dot minute divisions, center and outermost engine turned. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Rectangular, brass, going barrels, platform with lateral counterpoised lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring, rack striking on one gong, white enamel alarm setting disc,. Dial and movement signed and numbered. Original key no.681, matching the number on the movement.
