Welcome to grailium.com, the online store for vintage and collectible watches operated by Grailium, A.Kumechko, Geneva, Switzerland (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Products and descriptions

Each watch is vintage and may show signs of age and use; such as patina is not a defect. We strive to describe and photograph items accurately, but small variations in colour or appearance may occur.Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT. Import duties or taxes outside Switzerland are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion. We accept credit cards via Stripe, PayPal, bank wire transfer, and cash on collection in Geneva. Payment must clear in full before shipment or pickup.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide except to Russia, Belarus and any other destinations subject to trade or shipping restrictions. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk and title transfer to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier at our facility.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the watch is not as described (for example a major undisclosed defect or incorrect reference). Notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery and provide supporting photographs. The item must be returned in the same condition and with all accessories (box, papers, straps or other items supplied). After we confirm the discrepancy we will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are refundable only if the error was ours.

5. Intellectual property

All images, text and design elements on grailium.com belong to us or our licensors. No reproduction or reuse is permitted without our written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or violate any applicable laws when using it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from any delay, loss or damage caused by carriers or customs.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the Canton of Geneva, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

Information you give us: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal—we never store full card numbers). With service providers who help us operate (Stripe, PayPal, shipping companies, Google Analytics). When required by Swiss law or court order. We never sell your personal data.
