Fine solid 925 Sterling Silver & 18k Gold BVLGARI “Firewheel” / “Pocket Tape Measure” / “Escargot” round shape pocket gas lighter made circa early 1980s. Extremely rare silver version of famous hypnotic 18k Gold round lighter. Swiss made, numbered S.013.

Dimensions are 44 x 13 mm. Lighter is in overall great condition 9/10.

CONDITION REPORT

Very good condition 9/10, minor silver surface tarnish through the age (could be easily polished out). Looks like the lighter would work well, but not tested. See photos.
